Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand how we handle service cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. To cancel, please call us at 240-522-5400 or email support@geekoncall.com.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances.

3. Refunds for Services

If a service cannot be completed due to equipment limitations or lack of required parts, we may provide a full or partial refund. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Charges for completed diagnostic work, labor, and used parts are non-refundable. Software installations or services already rendered cannot be refunded.
